Sugar-Free Milk Chocolate Raspberry Cake

Our sugar-free chocolate cake is layered with silky milk chocolate ganache and finished with a vibrant, in -house sugar free raspberry compote. Rich in flavour, free from added sugar — a luxurious treat you can indulge in. This cake is also diabetic friendly.

Ingredients:
All purpose flour, Oil, Monk Fruit Sugar (contains erythritol extract), Sugar-Free Milk Chocolate Ganache(contains maltitol), In-House Sugar-Free Raspberry Compote 

Serving Instructions:
Keep in the fridge (0-4°C) for at least 1 hour upon receiving.
Best serving temperature: 10–12°C.
Take the cake out from the fridge 5-10 minutes before serving for a smoother, creamier texture.

24-48 hours (Refrigerated)
Freezer friendly up to 1 week (store in airtight container)
