Shipping & Returns

  1. Deliveries are made only on the date and time slot specified in your order.
  2. Deliveries are done by our third party delivery partner. We will ensure all items are packed properly and with utmost care. We are not responsible for any damages once the product leaves our premises.
  3. We ship to most parts Mumbai. The rate charged for delivery of the order is based on the delivery location. We recommend pick ups over delivery.
  4. We’re not liable for delays or damages due to floods/ heavy rains/ pandemics/ potholes/ construction/ natural calamity/ national bandh/election dates/ curfews/traffic jams/festival times/ regulated traffic movements/ or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order.
  5. Please ensure that you’re available at the address and contactable to collect the order during the time slot chosen for delivery. If there is no-one on hand to receive the order post 10 minutes, we will try to leave it in a safe place (neighbour, security guard, etc.). They will be left at the address you have provided to us & we will not be held responsible for damage to the order once delivered.
  6. If you would like us to deliver to your place of work or somewhere with a courier point, please note that we cannot accept any liability for the treatment of your order or mishandling once a delivery has been made.
  7. If we are to leave the items outside the premises, we will not be responsible for the conditions of these items. The items are baked goods therefore subject to temperature changes.
  8. The person who received the order is responsible for checking that the order specifications are correct and in good condition. Subsequent disputes regarding damage to the product or incorrect design can be raised only at the time of pick up.

Refunds & Cancellations 

  1. All our desserts are baked to order and we do not accept cancellations or returns. Refunds, credit or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product.
  2. We ensure all products leaving the kitchen are packed carefully and with utmost care. However, if there is any damage in the delivery, we will not be responsible for that. And are not liable to offer a refund or replacement for damage in delivery.
  3. Please go through our dessert care and storage section and FAQ section thoroughly. Should there be any issues due to mishandling or improper care, Zinque India is not responsible and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
