A beloved gourmet flavour combination that pairs the rich, buttery crunch of pecans with the smooth, sweet, and floral warmth of vanilla. Soft chocolate sponge layered with pecan crunch and velvety pecan namleka and white chocolate mousse infused with madagascar vanilla.

Ingredients

All purpose flour,sugar, milk, cream, Plant-Based oil, home made pecan praline, French vanilla mousse.

Serving Instructions

Keep in the freezer (0 - (-18°C) for at least 1 hour upon receiving.

Best Serving Temperature

10–12°C. Take the cake out from the freezer 70-80 minutes before serving for a smoother, creamier texture.

Shelf Life

Freezer friendly for 3-4 days (store in an airtight container)
