Ingredients

Gluten-free flour blend (brown rice, jowar, Bengal gram, husk, gum, sea salt), monk fruit sugar, ellen vire, home made mixed fruit cake.

Serving Instructions

Keep in the fridge (0-4°C) for at least 1 hour upon receiving.

Best Serving Temperature

10–12°C. Take the cake out from the freezer 30-40 minutes before serving for a smoother, creamier texture.

Shelf Life

Freezer friendly for 3-4 days (store in an airtight container)
