Inspired by the ‘Ispahan Rose’, this delicate creation features chiffon vanilla cake with a swirl of rose, raspberry and lychee compote, dotted with fresh lychee pieces for a burst of fruitiness, all enveloped in a silky rose mousse, a perfect balance in every bite.

Ingredients:
All purpose flour, Sugar, Plant-Based Oil, Milk, In-House Rose  Lychee Compote, Cream Cheese, Fresh Lychee Chunks, Rose Mousse.

Serving Instructions:
Keep in the freezer (0 - (-18°C) for at least 1 hour upon receiving.
Best serving temperature: 10–12°C.
Take the cake out from the freezer 30-60 minutes before serving for a smoother, creamier texture.

Shelf Life:
Freezer friendly for 2-3 days (store in airtight container)
