Inspired by Japanese Nama chocolate, these velvets are a delightful symphony of flavors. We combine exquisite chocolate with the rich taste of finely ground dark chocolate, creating a decadent treat. Nama chocolate is a type of ganache, made from a mix of melted cacao and fresh cream.
