The best of everything packed into one cake. A crunchy hazelnut sponge,in-house hazelnut praline, roasted hazelnut crunch and a rich dark chocolate mousse to tie it all together!
Ingredients:
Soymilk, coconut milk, Gluten free flour blend(Brown rice, Jowar, Bengal Gram, Husk, Gum, sea salt), in-house Hazelnut Praline, Unrefined Raw Cane Sugar, Vegan Butter, Cocoa Butter, 55% Vegan Chocolate mousse
Serving Instructions:
Keep in the freezer (0- -18°C) for at least 1 hour upon receiving.
Best serving temperature: 10–12°C.
Take the cake out from the freezer 30–60 minutes and refrigerate before serving for a smoother, creamier texture.
Shelf Life:
Freezer friendly up to 1 week (store in airtight container)
