The classic Pineapple cake, made even better, the Zinque way! Vanilla bean mousse, in-house fresh pineapple compote, tropical fruit coulis and a light vanilla sponge come together perfectly to take you down the memory lane.

Ingredients:
All purpose flour, Sugar, Plant-Based Oil, Milk, In-House pineapple compote, Tropical fruit coulis, Cream cheese, White chocolate vanilla mousse

Serving Instructions:
Keep in the freezer (0 - (-18°C) for at least 1 hour upon receiving.

Best serving temperature: 10–12°C.
Take the cake out from the freezer 30-60 minutes before serving for a smoother, creamier texture.

Shelf Life:
Freezer friendly for 3-4 days (store in an airtight container)
